🧐 A Typical Week
Community & Customer Support
- Respond to questions, issues, and feedback via Intercom, email, and social media in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Manage our online community and escalate issues to the appropriate departments
Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with Operations and Growth Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
- Liaise with Product Development, Operations, and Growth Marketing teams to stay up-to-date on new products and features
- Communicate the most up-to-date information to our customers
Occasionally:
- Be willing to assist on and contribute to projects outside your primary role, but within your skillset

- Has experience or familiarity with Slack, Discord, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Intercom (optional extra)
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
