I started off the blockchain experience without knowing what a smart contract was. I do have programming experience but the 30-day intensive experience helped me get there quickly with the accountability of a team environment. When I did the EntryLevel program, I was playing the dual role of Product Owner and Quality Assurance on a team. Two weeks ago I was offered a full Product Owner role (no Quality Assurance) at the same company for a different team. I've accepted it and will start on the new team in August! Hiring Process

In an effort to keep our process as transparent as possible, we want to share our recruitment process. Our process prioritises what we feel is important to hire the right person.

Phase 1: Initial Application

Our application is a simple form with 1 main question section.

Phase 2: Initial Callbacks

If you're selected to proceed, you will receive a 5-10 minute call from someone on our team explaining the role a little bit more. We want to ensure that our applicants know what our company is, how the role works, and also so they understand that this is an early-stage startup.

Phase 3: Take-Home Assessment

Our motto at EntryLevel is show, don't tell. We believe it's extremely important to have our candidates do some sort of take-home assessment. This varies from role to role and can take anywhere from 30 to 60 min to complete.

The assessment allows a two-way information transfer. We understand your work, and you understand how we work. When we assess Take-Home Assessments, we will remove all identifying information about the candidate.
